I have gotten many questions about my diet and fitness routine, so I thought it was about time to make a post about the subject.
But first…
I know that many of you followed my old blog, and I am really happy you've found your way back to this one ;D. Although, I just want to point out that in this blog I mainly post my daily outfits as the name of this blog inquires, so there won't be as many personal writings as in the old one. I want to keep this blog all about fashion and I want to protect my privacy and keep my private life private. I just wanted to clear this out since I know many of you enjoyed to read about nutrition and other subjects I used to write about.
I am not saying I won't write about these things in this blog at all, but not as much ;).

Below, I've collected some thoughts, feelings and facts about my lifestyle :).
When it comes to my fitness and diet, I don't have any specific diet or routine I live by. I like healthy food and I always prefer fresh, simple food with fresh ingredients. I eat everything! I eat meat, carbs, gluten, sugar, fat and milk products, but I always prefer fresh food over fast food. I love to eat a lot of veggies with a side of fish/ chicken and some kind of carb (potato, rice, pasta…). I eat plenty of veggies, fruits, berries and fish ;D. I don't follow any kind of diet and I don't restrict myself from eating anything.
I don't like greasy food and I also dislike all kinds of dressings and cold sauces.
I eat a lot (big portions but healthy), and I drink plenty of water.
Water is my favorite drink!
I don't drink any alcohol, because I don't like it.
I rarely drink juice or pop.
I am active every day. I usually work out 4-5 times a week doing spinning classes, cross training (not cross fit), strength training, body pump, running (as much as my knees allow, I've had knee surgery and my knees are quite bad), walking, you name it! At the moment (post pregnancy) I power walk every morning for an hour to an hour and a half. I walk in snow, rain and sunshine (no excuses ;)).
I stay active because I need to move my body to feel good, and I find it relaxing for my head, mind and soul.
I take days off whenever I feel like I need to, but I walk almost every day because it's not heavy exercise.
I think fresh air is extremely important for every human being!
I love coffee and I miss being able to drink as much as I want to ( I allow myself 2 cups/ day while breast feeding). I eat a piece (piece differs in size depending on the day;)) of chocolate almost every day because I love it! I don't have to explain myself more than that right ;)?
Breakfast is my favorite time of the day, and I usually enjoy my coffee in bed while my husband plays with Greta before he goes to work<3.
I like to be in shape but I don't stare at the scale, and I never obsess about food, weight gain or weight loss. I am quite tired of discussing weight and diets in general really.
My goal is to feel good (also about how I look), being healthy, energetic and strong, enjoy life and to create a balance. I listen to my body. I was never on a diet to loose my baby weight and I didn't focus on loosing it either!!!
I love enjoying a good meal with friends and family, and the company and time spent at the table is more important than the food itself.
