One of my readers asked if I could show more of Greta's outfits here on the blog, and because your wish is my command, I thought I'd share this one that she wore the other day. I love Kappahl's newbie collection and I could almost say that it is where I buy most of her clothes, and flea markets of course ;). I love the fact that they have nice and soft materials and that they have other colors than just pink for girls! I love to dress Greta in different shades of blue, and I actually think that the majority of her clothes are blue :). What's your favorite place to shop for your babies?

A walk to remember

I have waited almost a lifetime (slightly exaggerated:)) to get to hang out with my bestie, but last night we finally had a chance to get together. It was like a million degrees outside and the sunset perfect, so we decided to head towards Mattolaituri. When we met up we both started laughing when we realized that we were both dressed exactly the same, like so many times before. 

We barely finished our smoothies before we wanted some more privacy and went for a walk instead. We walked around talking about all and nothing and just enjoyed the beautiful summer night. These are the kind of night's I want to remember a few months from now when it's dark and freezing cold outside.

Good morning! Yesterday we celebrated our anniversary. We have now been married for two years and together for six. It is needless to say that I am so incredibly happy that I found this man to share my life with. He makes me feel so loved and special every single day, he is the best father one could only dream of for our daughter, and he makes me laugh like crazy always when we are together. He is the love of my life, simple as that ;).  

We decided to celebrate together as a family, so we took the ferry to Suomenlinna, walked around, enjoyed coffee and shared a brownie, and in the evening we went out for dinner to restaurant Bronda. It was the first time we dined there, but as real Tomi Björck restaurant lovers, we didn't get disappointed this time either. The desserts were to die for, especially the tiramisu!

All in all we had a really great and memorable day, and I am happy to know that there will be more to come <3.

Secret Garden

Hello friends, family and random people ;)! How was your weekend? 

My weekend was spent more or less glued to my daughter because she seems to be going through some sort of phase, or then she's teething, not really sure. She is easily irritated, doesn't want to eat anything but banana and avocado and wants to be carried by me 24/7. I love her to the moon and back but I have to admit that I'm a bit tired to say the least :D. Well well, there is nothing that a lot of coffee, fresh air, some chocolate and a new day can't cure. Tips, experiences and wise advice are more than welcome!

Yesterday my hubs wanted to go to the amusement park, so we decided to go, walk around and enjoy the beautiful sunny weather. Greta had lots of fun people watching, and she was beat once we got home. In the evening I met up with a friend and talented photographer to shoot some pictures in the sunset. Can't wait to see the pictures myself and also post them here on the blog. 

Last night was also the first time I wasn't at home putting Greta to bed, so I was a little bit nervous. Everything went smoothly and she slept like an angel when I got home. I guess I'm the only one with anxiety when we're apart.

This is what I wore yesterday, and the pictures are shot in the winter garden on the walk back home from the amusement park.
